Typography

The Different Co. brand has warm yet professional supporting typography, recommended for use across all mediums in order to retain brand consistency.

Neue Montreal Regular is The Different Co.’s primary typeface.

Type in Use

The default system font, where Neue Montreal is not available, is Arial.

The Different Co. brand palette features a balance between bold, authentic and magnetic hues.

When using The Different Co. brand, it must be reproduced in the brand colours as shown.

Teal and Green are the Primary colours.

Teal should be used predominately as the main block colour, with Green used as the supporting colour.

The Green Tint, is a good background colour for larger bodies of type, with the Teal used for the text.

Purple and Pink should be used as pops of colour, more so in campaign and social graphics.

The following colour combinations can be used as supporting elements for graphical objects and small pops of large text. But should not be used for large bodies of regular text.

Photography

The Different Co. brand imagery should be positive, energetic, confident and human centred. It should reflect a wide range of demographics and workplaces in Australian society.

The Different Co. brand imagery should not be overly posed, dark or moody,  or use images of low quality.

When using actual case studies, or photos representing Social Justice topics, always be mindful of how the people in the photos are being represented. People should always be presented in an honouring and respectful manner, ensuring their rights and safety are protected. Express permission is required when taking photos for use in any public setting.
