Campaign Brand Assets

Core Brand Assets

These are the core ‘ripple’  graphics. Each goal is associated with a specific colour, and should only be paired with the correct colour in any application. These pairings work as the visual glue to the campaign.

  • Plan Primary Blue = Towards Education For All
  • Coral = Towards Food Security
  • Lilac = Towards Gender Equality
  • Secondary Blue = Towards a Better Tomorrow

Typography

PLAN’s typography is bold and trustworthy. Veneer Soft, a tall and bold rounded sans-serif is used for headings, and a clean and legible sans-serif, Helvetica Now, is used for body copy.

Letter Spacing

Letter spacing is very important to keeping consistency across the campaign branding.

To change this in any Adobe program, look for the icon with a ‘VA’ on it near where you change and pick fonts and sizes. This is will be automatically set to 0, so change it accordingly.

  • Headings in Veneer Soft are set to -25
  • Body in Helvetica Now is set to -30

Other programs may have letter spacing options such as ‘condensed’ which will recreate a similar effect.

Photography

Masking

To highlight the people in PLAN’s photography, we’ve utilised a ‘masking’ effect in the Towards a Better Tomorrow brand campaign. Whenever using the ‘ripple’ graphic on images, it’s crucial to not cover their faces.

For large headlines, mask the subject in the photograph and place the ‘ripple’ graphic behind the subject.

This can be done relatively easily in Photoshop. The link below will give you a quick how to on subject selection and masking in the Photoshop.

Social Posts and Templates

In addition to the brand campaign social posts, we’ve created a master template for stories and posts, to help guide future post and story creation.

The template files cover a range of different post types.

The InDesign files have a master page with all the ‘ripple’ graphics and colours, so you can easily swap them out depending on the topic you are posting about.
